FYI for those thinking about Gold Key home inspections. we recently purchased a new house and prior to closing we had Jamie go through it. Complete home inspection, termite and radon were part of our package. Jamie was a true professional and his report was extremely detailed and well presented. He may cost a little more but when making such a big investment it was well worth the added value of having someone show up on time, spend the time with us explaining everything and producing such an easy to read thorough report. After the sale we had a welcome package from Gold Key which included "We've Moved" post cards and return address labels that we also appreciated. It was a little thing but reminded me of the detail oriented service we received. Gold Key will be the only home inspector I would ever recommend. Much better than our previous experience.
